My mother was on hospice with heart to heart. We asked for a cat pump and we were told multiple times that heart-to-heart hospice could not provide that kind of service. So my mother suffered for a couple more weeks until I finally spoke to a nurse with heart-to-heart hospice. and finally got a different story.
