My father passed away a week ago after only a few days here. I cannot begin to tell you how kind, compassionate, professional, and supportive the staff was throughout the entire process (shout out to Ms. Rosemary & the team). My father was recently a resident at the Heart to Heart on Cypress Grove Meadows Drive in Houston. Our first contact at the hospital was Taylor Beier and he was wonderful. He took all the time needed to answer our questions and then made all the arrangements. Unfortunately my father passed away within 24 hrs of arriving there and I never saw the facility. Our Mom passed away peacefully at this Incredible hospice facility in July 2025. We will be forever Grateful to the entire staff here at Heart to Heart especially the Nurses and Caregivers who treated my Mom and our entire Family with Compassion and Respect.
