My grandmother passed away July20th. It is August 27th, and the doctor still has not signed off on her death certificate. This is insane and utter madness. The doctor got upset because the number the funeral home had was her personal number and she then proceeded to block the funeral homes phone number. Do not use this place. The doctor has no value for you or your family and it is evident. There is a review stating the same problem a year ago so they obvious don't care about fixing this issue either.
Heart to Heart hospice has the most amazing care anyone can ask for. Shannon, Melissa and Patti were all there and cared for my brother with the most kind loving attention we could have ever asked for. He loved them so much. Taylor was the person who helped us get him on service with them. We couldn’t be more pleased.
My mother has been assigned for hospice service on Friday 14th. They promised me to have medication deliver before she left the hospital on 14th, today is 15th July 2023 we still waiting for the delivery.
Taylor helped us to get set up, Pastor Forrest and Meredith are caring, compassionate and helpful and Cindy helped us tremendously in mom’s final hours. I don’t know what we would have done without them.
