They cared for my husband 8 months ago and we loved our nurse. The aide was very helpful and took great care of my husband. The nurse was very care and compassionate.

I can still hear my wife's screams of agony over the last five days of her life. This was terror, not physical pain. I would immediately call the supervisor and let her hear my wife's screams. She would promise to send someone out, and they kept sending the same young, and apparently poorly trained nurse, Sierra Richardson. The screaming never stopped, terrorizing the other residents of the assisted living home where my wife stayed. I took care of my wife for 12 years during her battle with vascular dementia. this is the WORSE company i have EVER dealt with. We were informed by a cremation company that my FATHER passed away several weeks ago!!!!!!!! When i called the company to find out what happened they REFUSED to give me any information refusing his children and grandchildren and other loved ones the opportunity to take care of his final wishes and have a proper send OFF??????? they would not allow him to see anyone before his death THEY ARE A MONEY GRUBBING machine made up of uncompassionate uncaring miserable escuses( they c... read more

If I could give less I would . They took over a month to get her a bed that wasn’t falling apart and this was after never receiving equipment but company claiming delivered and it wasn’t . 8 hrs for nurse to arrive after calling because in severe pain , 2 days later 4 hrs . Had to order own wound care supplies because was always told they were being shipped from home office but never arrived . Nurse never had equipment nor supplies needed . I do not recommend Heart to Heart Hospice. In my fathers last several days of life, he was suffering miserably. The pain patches weren’t working, and they were unable to give him the oral morphine due to his excessive vomiting. Finally a hospice nurse states that ‘he just needs to go to the hospital. I don’t know how to get his pain under control.’ Thank the Lord in heaven that an old, childhood friend of mine is a nurse, and We reached out to her.
