This company is so amazing! Everyone has been so kind and helpful! Joy, our nurse, has been so professional, honest, and caring. The social worker helped us with personal issues with haste and understanding! Gabrielle Robinson has exceeded expectations greatly! She treats people as if it were her own family. The staff that work for Heart to Heart from their Clinical Director to the nurses, CNA's spiritual care team and social work are some of the best I've seen dueing my time in healthcare (10years). They're all amazing & took great care of not just ny grandpa during his final days but of our entire family during the entire process and that extended to after . If you are considering hospice for a loved one, I highly recommend Heart to Heart Hospice of Eastern Indiana. From my first call to Jen Bothun, I was impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism she displayed. Our nurse, Ramona Keller kind, empathetic and knowledgeable. In a few days, Ramona became a member of our family. We were very impressed with her thoroughness and honesty when treating my mother. Because of Ramona and Heart to Heart, my mother passed peacefully.
We are told one thing from one person, then something else from another person. Equipment was outdated & subpar. If you want your loved one cared for a step at a time and a positive mindset, you may want to look around. Just be sure to do your homework, ask questions, get it in writing or record it. Good luck
