Heart to heart hospice is by far the BEST hospice company to choose. My father was on aseracares service, and everything single thing we experienced with them was HORRIBLE! However, when we looked up heart to heart we knew we made the right choice! They made the transition so smooth and wonderful! My mom was a patient with Heart to Heart Hospice until she passed away in November. Her wonderful nurse Taylor was so helpful and compassionate. She also had Rhonda as her aide, she was so good with Mom. Plus my mom loved Rhonda and Taylor. If it wasn't for them I would have been lost on what to do when Mom started declining. Plus I was struggling to care for Mom. I always tell anyone if they have a loved one that needs care to reach out to Heart to Heart Hospice. Thank you from the Uebelhoer family.
I don't know how to say thank you enough for all the loving care you gave to my beautiful sister-inlaw Martha. She loved each and everyone of you that took care of her. You never want to need Hospice care, but if you do Heart to Heart is AWESOME. They are very professional but still very kind and loving. It gave me peace to know you were watching over her when I could not be there. May you always be blessed for the loving care you give during the hardest time of someone's life. Brenda Burress.
