We entered Wensday. Never received promised equipment they said she must have. Her pain was never under control. She suffered deeply until she passed Sunday. Calls from her Doctor to the hospice doctor resulted in no changes. The heart to heart doctor never contacted us like he told our doctor he would. Saturday she couldn't open her mouth. An assistant came out with mouth sponges. Several attempts to get the nurse on Sunday was a joke. She passed away. We couldn't move her until pronounced dead by the nurse.
