Those people are not humble or nothing to the patient the main office people are rude not educated at all ....
My father has been in their care for 13 days and has not seen a hospice nurse or health care aide (both supposed to be twice a week) for the last ten days. There has been zero communication from the the nurse, health care aide or the case worker. Only after repeated calls on my part and a complaint to the director has there been any attention or movement. Where is the compassion, care or comfort for my dad and family?

RecommendedI want to take this time to thank heart-to heart hospice for the care they gave my mom. I couldn’t have asked for a better hospice company. Big shout to my girl Beddie Maxwell for always being here for me and for taken good care of my mom. Not one time did I call them and they didn’t get there. They weren’t only good to my mom but they were good to my family. Thank y’all from Kim Luper family 😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️
