It’s hard to describe the pain of loosing your family member but having H2H has been a blessing to me and my family not once but twice within the last 60 days. I was first introduced to H2H when my biological daddy had to be put into hospice on January 7, 2025 and we choose to do in home hospice. From the beginning, H2H walked us all the way through and held us up through the rough moments of our life. Previous employee. In my opinion the company has amazing employees. However corporate is lacking. I was supposed to be an intake coordinator, but they had me in the field with CNA'S, nurses, chaplains etc. No standard operating procedures. Non clinical workers being made to do clinical work. Mistakes made consistently, from patients info, to ordering DME for patients not yet admitted. This is my honest review, of working for the company for less than 1 month. I would not suggest working here.

I can not begin to express my gratitude for the care my mother received. Mom was placed for inpatient care during her last few days and even when she could not respond she was treated with the most respect, kindness and compassion I have ever witnessed. Each person that came into her room introduced themselves, explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Saying “thank you” just doesn’t do these people justice. You are angels sent by God.
