My husband had Judy as his nurse and Nancy as his aid. We could not have asked for better care. The treatment they provided was excellent. They did not mind all the questions I had. They were both a blessing.
My mom was placed on hospice care through Heart to Heart on Oct 21, 2024. Unfortunately it was the only agency recommended to me and my sister at the time. I was hurriedly pushed through the process to get her on their service with the promise that all her needs would be taken care of. It’s taken me awhile to write this review as I was too upset to re-live working with this team at the time of my mother’s death. My mother was only on hospice for a few weeks but during that time, the care we received from Heart to Heart Hospice of Fort Worth was disconnected and caused more chaos than calm during this very stressful time for our family. We chose Heart to Heart to provide my mother's hospice care as she was dying from renal failure. Based on what we had been told by her physician prior to release from the hospital, we had the expectation that her end-of-life experience would be peaceful. ("She will just sleep more and more and eventually not wake up.")
