This is a really great company to work for! They even offer free HHA and PCA training programs in Brooklyn and in the Bronx! I highly recommend it to anyone looking to work for a reliable company!!
I absolutely hate this agency. The thing named kizzy that works at the front desk is judgemental and rude. And then you have alba the coordinator who looks like the penguin from Batman that doesn't seem to understand English when you tell her you can't do a case.
Not sure why these other reviewers are so upset... Heart to Heart watched over my grandfather during his last months. I like to believe that they helped him thru his pain and even made it less. Either way, they are great and caring
It is unbelievable that this agency still in business...with the most uneducated, unprofessional & disrespectful staff! Starting with the person in charge or at least that's what she think, her name, I believe is Jennifer. If u have the expirence to encounter her u would have that feeling u just want to straggle her! Oh n gorget about if u call there n she's the one answering the phone...u would have the most ghetto treatment ever!
