Very dependable, reliable and very clean . It was easy to book an appointment.
We have used Heart to Heart Transportation services for more than a year, and they are very friendly, very thoughtful, and very caring. They truly have your best interests at heart, they give the best customer service in Atlanta! You can trust them with your transportation needs!
Heart to Heart transported me three times a week for several weeks. The people who drove and assisted the driver were wonderful. But, they were always late, and I didn't blame the driver or his assistant for that. Toward the end of my experience with Heart to Heart, the driver and assistant disappeared and the owner, DeAndre, took over the driving. He was solicitous and caring and despite the negative aspects of riding in his "trucks" I did appreciate that about him.
The Heart to Heart team worked really fast. They were professional and knew what they were doing. They had to move a 250 pound person (who could not walk) up 18 stairs and they had the proper equipment to make it happen. The equipment appeared to be a new technology equipment and it made the transition very smooth, for the transported person. They were a little expense though. But, if you want the best care...You have to pay the cost.
Heart to Heart did a wonderful job. They were very professional, patient and took time to listen to concerns. They were also safety conscious. Thanks again Heart to Heart.
