I carry my stress in my neck and shoulders. I was way overdue for a massage and I'm so grateful I found DJ. I have never had such relief in one massage. It was incredibly relaxing and relieved all my problem areas. Even my lower back from a car accident over 10 years ago! Looking forward to my next appointment.
DJ is an excellent massage therapist. Her space is welcoming, she is kind and attuned to the areas I want to work on. Everytime I see her she asks me what to focus on and no two massages are alike, but I consistently leave feeling unwound and more relaxed than when I arrived. She is knowledgeable about the body and muscle connections. She is my favorite massage therapist of all time and I can’t recommend her enough! She’s also very strong for those that like deep tissue massage.
Whatever hurts, DJ can fix. I don’t get to do these types of luxuries for myself very often but when I do it’s so worth every single penny. I walk in bent over like an old crone, and leave standing straight and with range of motion! They could charge double - but I’m so glad they don’t!
