My husband and I highly recommend Alex and Amber. They always take the time to listen to us and genuinely care about our wellbeing. We never feel rushed in and out of appointments, and they make sure all of our concerns and aches are addressed. We are forever grateful to Dr Alla for quite literally saving our daughter’s life. After seeing multiple GPs, a physio and even presenting to emergency, we were repeatedly told our 8-year-old daughter’s severe neck pain was muscular and sent home with pain relief that did nothing. I attend here for therapy with Amber regularly and have done for quite some time. The relief I feel after each appointment has been invaluable to me and I credit Amber with keeping me standing and moving. My therapy is tailored at each visit to my needs, and I have learnt valuable stretches to help me maintain my mobility. Since attending, my absences at work have dropped dramatically and this is the most valuable to me. I highly recommend the chiropractors here, they know what they're doing.

I highly recommend Dr Alla at Heart and Soul. The clinic is a warm, inviting and calm space. Dr Alla clearly explains all aspects of the treatment plan and I always find the treatment gentle but very effective.
