Highly recommend Heart and Soul chiropractic as the name suggests, these ladies truly do put their heart and soul into their work. Dr Alessandra is highly knowledgeable and caring, knowing exactly what I need when I visit. If you’ve been thinking about it, visit them, you won’t regret it.
Dr. Amber is amazing! She gave me practical tips that actually helped with my work-related back aches — way more useful than the usual employer provided manual handling training. She was also really understanding about my fear of neck cracking and worked around it without any pressure. Super kind, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend! Dr Amber was amazing. She was great at explaining everything and talking me through what she was doing. The space is also very relaxing with calming music, not clinical at all. I feel great even after my first appointment.
