I took my class at the MN CPR LLC Inver Grove Heights facility in April 2023. That location is now closed. The instructor was disorganized, I still have not received my card. I have tried to reach out to the owner, Jordan, several times, I cannot leave a message, as the mail box is full. DO NOT use this company. A waste of your money and time!!
Took the money and ran! My wife was required to get certified for work and because Jordan was a repeated no-show and refused to call or email back after he got paid she almost lost her job! After connecting with almost a dozen other people who have had similar experiences he was removed from the list of approved providers at the American Red Cross. There are plenty of other fantastic providers in the area you can choose, so just keep scrolling.
Took a lifeguard recertification class 3 weeks ago and still haven't received my certification. I sent 2 emails and received no reply. Very disorganized and unprofessional.
I recently took a course here. Jordan told me over the phone that I would be able to get certified as an instructor. The trainer that day hadn’t heard that from his boss so would not do it. Jordan is slow to respond to any type of communication and told me sorry now you need to enroll in a different course. I have no problem with any of this or going elsewhere. I have filled a complaint against them with the BBB, they owe me for 2 classes I never received and doesn't return phone calls.
