They have a reputation as slumlords for a reason with all of their properties. Absolutely disgusting company to rent anything from. I rented a storage unit through them and if you have the misfortune of dealing with them CHECK YOUR UNIT! I found large amounts of animal feces in the unit and all over my things but of course the contract says they don't accept responsibility for ANYTHING in/or about a unit with them. They also do NOT maintain the grounds of their properties.
If you are a non smoker you don't wanna live in any apt building cus the smoke free policy is a joke, my family is developing health problems and we have tl sleep with windows open but still wakeup with eyes burning and lungs hurting due to others cig smoke that we breathe without choice as nothing is getting done to stop kt.
