Dr. Shaw provided an exceptional level of care. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I understood every part of my treatment. Her bedside manner was excellent—kind, caring, and genuinely attentive. I never felt rushed during my visit, and it was clear she truly cares about her patients. BEWARE. This office went to trash real quick... Requested an appointment to be seen for an FMLA request per my job for not only my sick sinus syndrome but for the ability to get to my doctor appointments FROM LAS VEGAS and was told that I would need to complete all my testing (5 different appointments) before I could get FMLA signed. How am I supposed to get to my doctor appointments if I dont have the protection my job is willing to give me but my doctor isnt? Great staff! Dr.Shah is the best.
Everyone was very friendly, appointment on time and Melissa was very complete and throughro, answering all our questions and more. She readily accepted our daughter to listen and add in thoughts and questions throughout the appointment. We were very comfortable at the end of the appointment and the steps to be taken.
