Dr. Shah very simply saved my father‘s life. After an unexpected fainting spell, he went to see a neurologist who ran a gamut of tests and cleared him neurologically. Dr Shah is great. (She gets a gold star) The people she has working for her need to get organized. They may think their office staff is on point, but they are seriously lacking. Please... write a note in a file so you know why you call patients. Get billing correct. Stop changing appointments. If you schedule a procedure at a specific time, don't call two days prior & say that is the time the tech leaves the office. Do not make a heart patient wait hours in the office to see the Dr. Respect your patients time. Sadly, this of... read more
