Dr Shah is great. (She gets a gold star) The people she has working for her need to get organized. They may think their office staff is on point, but they are seriously lacking. Please... write a note in a file so you know why you call patients. Get billing correct. Stop changing appointments. If you schedule a procedure at a specific time, don't call two days prior & say that is the time the tech leaves the office.
