Dr Shenasa and front office are great. However, the ECG Technician "Bill" is rude and unprofessional. Cussing under his breath because a 75 year old woman can't get out of her wheelchair to lay down on a table is unacceptable. Avoid at all costs, there's no reason for that.
He saved my husband's life after going to several cardiologists. Yep sometimes he runs late but they all seem to.
Dr. Shenasa is a friendly Doctor and is very personable but....That is not enough of a good reason to treat patients unfairly. I'm sorry but you don't get to charge your patients for being 11 minutes late when you are routinely WAY more than 11 minutes late yourself!! I am a Silicon Valley Engineering professional and find myself very busy these days (as do many). Each and every appointment causes me to take hours off work (at least 2). He is a very caring doctor and takes a very good care of his patients. Once I had a heart situation he asked me to go to his office. He kept me under his care for a few hours in his clinic and only let me go when he could diagnose my problem and prescribe the right medication. Thank to his special care my situation is under control.
