I’m sorry for writing this so late but after seeing a single not so good review for the staff of “Heart & Rhythm Institute of Trinity” I have to express my disagreement and show my gratitude to the staff because from my point of view they were all sweet and friendly. Place is spotless, they provide coffee and small snacks which is great for the family that waits on their loved ones. However, staff is not friendly at ALL. We were the first ones in the office and we weren’t even greeted properly. No good morning, nothing….. I understand its early in the morning and all but c’mon people, you are NURSES that are supposed to CARE for your patients…. Truly sad.
From the time I got there to when I left the staff was very professional , I never felt alone they were always checking on me to see if I need anything , everything looked really clean , I never felt like things were being rushed , would recommend this place to anyone , would not hesitate to go back if needed .
I had to have a procedure to determine if I had a blockage and I was set up with Heart & Rhythm for this. If you’re in need of any services like this I highly recommend them. The staff was absolutely incredible and so accommodating. A big shoutout to my nurse Malissa, her patience and kindness was outstanding.
