I had my faucet in the front yard replaced by Heart Plumbing in December 2024. Last week I went to change out the hose, and the guy working for Heart Plumbing replaced the hose too tight. I cannot get it off. I am almost 65 years old and a woman. I called Heart Plumbing to see if they could come back and unscrew it, and they practically laughed in my face and told me it was over 4 months ago. So far the best plumbers we have found in Barstow! They are working on a project at my house as I write this. I have used them several times. If you are from Barstow you will see Heart Plumbing more than any other company. I have found them to be very professional, honest, and affordable, all of their guys are great. Even with them letting me know they have a busy schedule, I told them it's pretty urgent and they have made time for us. They are a good company and like their slogan says, they do have a heart.
