Long wait time and no one would tell us how much longer we will be waiting for!
Yesterday I had an eight AM. appointment for a follow-up When we arrived at about 7:30 AM., the receptionist talked with my wife because I was on crutches, I was involved in a auto accident and was on crutches from the surgery. Testing and imaging has moved upstairs. This space needs some decor but the elbow room all the techs gained is awesome. Spaces are true rooms and the patients will benefit by being calm during the test procedures. My favorite part was your receptionist. She had command of that space and was so quick and efficient with a smile on her face. She put everyone at ease, balanced calls and in person clients and you could tell she had prepared for your visit and knew exactly who you were, what test you were having and what she neede... read more
