I've been working with David for a number of years. He's very caring, and easy to talk to, most importantly, EFFECTIVE. If you're looking to be better, David will help you to bring out the best version of you. We've used ART,ACT and CBT to work through traumatic events and to get a different perspective on difficult situations. I can't recommend David enough. Thank you David.
I have been through numerous traumatic events in my life and have had many years of counseling. I'm a realist and have a hard time believing in miraculous recovery. I have to say that with each traumatic event I have worked with David on he has absolutely changed my life. Heart of Wisdom is great. David is the best therapist I have ever been to. He is very welcoming and easy to talk to. He does ART therapy which can help you with trauma, anxiety, fears, a lot more probably and it is revolutionary. I also like him because you wont be going here forever. He helps you with your problems, then sets you free when you are ready. 10/10 highly recommend :)
