What can I say other than this place is just like 90% of the other businesses in town here...poor customer service, employees are grumpy , Dr's are unprofessional. I went in for left foot pain and came out with an order to go to xray dept. For my right foot. Nobody pays attention to detail, they are all going through the motions so they can get paid...other than that they could care less.
Doctor was fine. Doctor recommended an x-ray so I asked lady at reception desk how much it would be; she had no idea. Asked the tech, she said couldn't be more than $50. Get a bill for $400. After calling financial services they tell me there is a special price estimating department that I needed to visit before I got any service done if I wanted to know how much it would cost. No one I asked told me about this department's existence before I got the x-ray. Probably wouldn't have been accurate anyway. Saw no signs advertisin... read more
i don’t have any personal frustrations with the staff, other than the incompetence i’ve experienced every time i go. i had super important bloodwork drawn here a few times & had orders from my specialist to do so. they were incapable of faxing my bloodwork back to the correct dr, despite it being the same dr that ordered the labwork. i had them try 3 separate times, all going to some random nurse midwife not even in the state. because of this, i ended up being admitted to the hospital because my dr wasn’t able to see my leve... read more
