DON’T GO HERE! Nobody ever answers the phone, and if they do, they transfer you to someone who won’t answer. I’ve left voicemails, used their “callback” feature (and never got a call), and spent over 30 minutes on hold on separate occasions. Every person I’ve interacted with at the walk-in clinic, on the phone, or during appointments acts like they hate their job and treats you like you’re not worth their time. Not to mention they’ll try to over charge you on basic care.

What can I say other than this place is just like 90% of the other businesses in town here...poor customer service, employees are grumpy , Dr's are unprofessional. I went in for left foot pain and came out with an order to go to xray dept. For my right foot. Nobody pays attention to detail, they are all going through the motions so they can get paid...other than that they could care less.
