Excellent customer service! The owner took care of me after I sat at a tire shop that I usually deal with that made me sit a while, as if they were going to take care of me after the other lady, but changed their mind at closing. I drove off on a flat tire past several tire shops that were, understandably, closing. The owner was closing up as well but after asking could he take me, he let me know that he would and gave me a really good tire and was kind enough to throw in a cap to make sure air doesn't escape. I wanted to give them some business since they looked slow and I got used tires I bought somewhere and put them on my truck after they installed and balanced the tires on my rims i paid them and left. Come to find out on the i10 my car is violently shaking so I knew they didn’t balance them correctly because it wasn’t shaking at all before I got the tires replaced and they moved the placement of my weights from the inner rim to the outer rim so then I bring it back the next day and they say we don’t have warranty with used t... read more
