Posting on behalf of myself. I was a patient of Chakmakjian’s for my entire childhood until I aged out. For the latter part of my time with him I grew increasingly sick with migraines, hair loss, anxiety, heart palpitations and seizure like episodes. This was all later attributed to hashimoto’s disease, an autoimmune disorder that falls under hypothyroidism.
