Cares deeply for his patients the way doctors were able before these times of rush and scarcity. I know it’s hard to make a living that way (when we care more about building up relationships than what we can extract from them), but I can tell he is doing his best to do so. Went in for treatments. Paid for a retainer. Was given a top retainer and child lost tooth two days later. Dr cut the retainer down to fit the front four teeth only. Child stated before leaving the retainer wouldn’t stay on his teeth. Dr said if he loses it which he probably will it will be ok. I was pissed and wanted a refund. Months later I received the answer that the doc won’t give me a refund because I paid for a retainer and he gave me one. Also he is quick to cut people off and interrupt any questions.
Signed my daughter up less than a month ago, less than two weeks later I received a call from the office informing me that he was no longer taking clients. This is after I paid 300.00. Now I have to find another orthodontist hopefully and I’m out 300.00. Horrible business practice

Everyone is the office is so wonderful. The front desk is always so accommodating to our crazy schedule. My son had excellent results. My daughter is starting her journey. Can't wait for the end product 🤗
Dr. Mayer and his team are fantastic! They're friendly and well-organized. I'm completely satisfied with the work they did on my teeth. I highly recommend them. 😁
