Best Service and Knowledge, – There is no other place like Heart of Texas Music! Service is huge when I go buy something or need some information. I am treated like family whenever I come in; I bought my first guitar there, and the owner gave me some really nice tips on learning to play, etc. This place is for real.

music Capitol of The World – in 1974 a drummer in kerrville where i lived drove to austin and bought a drum kit on the way back his mustang broke down,he called heart of texas and they rented him a room paided to have to car fixxed and added the cost to his drum payments,YES SIR That sounds like did you say POOR Service No Sir Helping music folks,they are a large part of why Austin is the Live Music Capitol of The World,SO Do you work @ Guitar Center hmmmmm No one can Beat The Heart of Texas

Horrible Customer Service!!!!!!!!!!!! – This place has a selection of hard to find guitars but if you want some service after the sale I would go somewhere else. These guys will lie to your face and give you the run around. You would be much better off going to guitar center or somewhere where you can order the guitar you want for comparable prices and get great customer service.

This Lamar Boulevard shop has enough gear to outfit a guitar army. – In Short This shop doesn't need fancy decor. Its purpose is to supply you, the musical gearhead. Accessories decorate the wall behind the counter. The Wall of Famous Musicians at the back of the store, near the banjos, is the closest thing to wallpaper in the joint. Just about every guitar brand is represented: Fender, Gibson, Martin, Dan Electro, Takamine. This is also the place to go for amps, PA systems, mics and recording equipment.

Martin Guitar Purchase – Customer service and product knowledge is outstanding. The purchase of this guitar has been a very good experience.The repair shop really knows their stuff and Steve is the best when it comes to setting up any guitar.
