I have been going to Heart of Texas for many years. The staff are always friendly and the physician’s assistant Chris Quirante has always impressed me as he will always listen to what you have to say. I have had many MDs in the past that would not even bother looking you in the eye while you were talking to them and I’d often feel like they really had no concern for my well being. Nice facility but the Dr. doesn't care much about your well being. Went in with tonsils so swollen I could hardly swallow water and they tested me for strep only which tested negative so he sent me to Wal-Mart for $50 worth the over the counter meds and told me to come back if my throat closes anymore and he would give me a steroid shot. I asked for the shot as I didn't spend $45 on my copay to hear the man talk. Was told no broken bone after waiting several days to hear back. Went somewhere else since it continued to hurt and guess what - it's broken. Waste of time & money!
Thank you so much for always being there when we need y'all the most! With children "last minute" for anything and everything seems to be the way we roll. I appreciate your staff for always being so courteous and kind. THANK YOU!
Never needed a so called family doctor until now, glad he is close to home, wait time wasnt bad at all,
