Let me start off by saying this: A lot of people don't turn to therapy because they may think it's not going to work. (A lot of people who are Black American) I was one of them. The therapy I received here quite literally was a life-saver. Kaylynn walked me through the hardest 3 years of my life, and when she left I didn't panic b/c I now have the skills to remain resilient, to cope properly with life's stressors and pains... I know how to control my mind and thoughts, and the list goes in on.
