I had appointment and he never called or showed up. DO NOT USE THEM!!
I made an appointment and he didn't show up, and when we made a second appointment, he didn't show up AGAIN. Don't bother with this business, call someone else.
I was really lucky to find Rene. he's very experienced, very nice, and taught me about my chimney and chimney care. He is very safety conscious and checked the whole chimney out thoroughly showing me features I didn't know I had. He also charged me less than he could have cause he didnt clean the whole chimney, so he's very reasonable. This is a great business, I recommend it without reservations.
Rene was great! He was very through and professional. He took pictures to show us what the dryer vent looked like from the roof. He advised us that our pipe was too short to reach the the top of the vent and would come back and take care of it. We would definitely recommend Rene with Heart of Texas!!
