saw a dentist today for what was supposed to be a simple extraction and he ended up breaking off the top half of my tooth after me telling him multiple times I was not numb/could feel everything. Told me he couldn't help me and that I'd have to come back the following week and see someone else, with a broken tooth with exposed nerves. terrible first impression however they did attempt to correct the situation by sending me to another dentist who was able to remove my tooth.
RecommendedThe dental staff is amazing. I have had major dental issues for years and am in the process of getting all my teeth pulled. The staff has never been anything but fantastic and caring. As someone who has major dental anxiety they have been amazing. They have even pulled teeth while I was sitting up to help ease my anxiety. Highly recommended.
I have known Dr. Rhinehardt for close to 30 years. I took my girlfriend to Heart of Kansas after the PA at St. Rose Urgent Care said she needed to see a dentist for her problem. We were treated rudely and when the Dr. looked in her mouth he said he couldn’t help her they charged $190.00! No X-ray, no anything. The visit was less than three minutes.
