Nursing staff who visited my mom were very nice but with staffing issues, staff turnover constantly and lack of communication I had a frustrating experience These issues seemed to worsen after LHC involvement with company. This was first experience with hospice services for my mother.

So disappointed with the lack of care from this company. I’m not sure what has happened since the reviews were all so good.

Heart of Hospice is very concerned for its community and patients. As seen when they hosted Bingo at the Monroe Senior Center and Rayville Wellness Center. It is also evident that they strive to provide top notch services.

I came to help my sister in dealing with her terminal husband. Having come from the assisted living industry, I have seen a lot of interaction with hospice and I feel compelled to speak about our experience with Heart of Hospice. Although they were aware of what was coming, Michelle and Judy immediately bonded with my family. They were extremely forthcoming and also genuine.
