I like the place but they are really expensive and their time management stinks. Never get called into a room sooner than a 1/2 hour and then wait 45 minutes to an hour before my pet is even seen. Extremely frustrating as if my time is not considered.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this practice. Communication is extremely poor — phone calls often go unanswered, messages are left, and callbacks are inconsistent at best. I brought one of my dogs in for what we believed could be a recurrence of Lyme disease. The test came back negative, but I was then led to believe something else was seriously wrong.
