Jenny from Heart of Gold nursing saved our family after we were completely lost with how to care for our ailing dad after his hospitalization. She got us a care coordinator who was phenomenal and got everything set up with hospice and working with the hospital. I’m a bit late in getting this to you. It’s now a few days past the three week mark from surgery. It will be a few more weeks before I’m ready to tackle my regular schedule. I want to say a few things about my nurse who took care of me for a period of 4 days. She was there for me each day and night after the surgery days and took me home and cared for me 24 hour after being home.
