I've had my stuff stored here for over a year and have been very satisfied. I have found the people there to be very helpful, especially Terry. Their prices are reasonable the extended access hours are nice.
I was very well satisified with the effort that was put forth to make me feel secure about my belongings. I rented a storage unit and an outside parking. The extended hours was great for when I needed to get into the units. The office help was very nice to deal with.
My friend had a storage there for 3 years. She loved her storage and the people were great to her. This past month there was a major storm and it knocked out the cameras. Her storage was broken into and they did not tell her for 2 days. They also did not tell any of their tenants that the cameras were down for 18 days and they still have not fixed them to my knowledge. THE PEOPLE HERE ARE RUDE, CARELESS, PUT UP FALSE ADVERTISEMENT, AND ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS HOW MUCH MONEY YOU ARE GOING TO GIVE THEM. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!!!!!!!
