I ended up passing out 24hrs after a concussion and arrived by ambulance. I saw the dr for an entire 5 seconds. The nurse was cold and uncaring. She showed no compassion for the pain I was in. I asked her several times for something for pain, which I never received. Long story short, I signed out AMA. I'll never go back to that hospital. .
This was my second visit to the ER within a month for severe low back pain and right flank pain. The pain was so severe could not tolerate it. Within minutes of arrival Dr. Fernandez and his team had my pain under control and had a diagnosis for me. I had a ruptured disk in my lower back. His nurse Katelynand care 360 technician Nicole were Fantastic. I had a referral to a pain management specialist and surgeon before leaving the ER. The ER doctor was very unprofessional and not helpful in assisting and accessing my medical problems.
