The staff is very friendly and they know you by name when you walk in. As with any doctor’s office, sometimes you have to wait, but sometimes they’re waiting for you to get there. A couple times I’ve shown up about 10 mins before my appointment and they were ready for me! The only reason I would go somewhere else is if they stop accepting my insurance!
love the ppl at front desk but most of all LOVE MY DR. DR. Salamanca is amazing. he explain s everything like im a human.
I had the worse experience yesterday may 14th the doctor and nurse were both rude before and after i was informed that if your pap smear comes back clear the year before then you don't get a pap smear done every year. Then i was called a lier by both when i told them that i was use to having pap smears done since I've had them done since i was 13 due to the fact that i have endometriosis. I will not be returning back to this place or any place that has anything to do with them. I don't like being called a lier to me face.
I've never had a negative experience with any appointment I've been to. Their office staff has always been friendly and helpful. While pregnant with my daughter I saw all every doctor except for Dr. Andah and it was a big surprise when he walked into the delivery room to deliver my daughter. I was quite nervous because this was my first time meeting him but he was absolutely amazing!!!
Hoping my first prenatal appointment tomorrow is unlike my phone experiences with the staff. Completely rude when asked questions about cash payments and hung up on me without saying a word. I had a good experience using heart of Florida obgyn with my son in 2013, but at this rate I don't know that it will be the same this go round. �
Horrible to be seen during pregnancy!!! Only person that listens to questions and concerns is Dr. Andah.
