UNRELIABLE AND MISLEADING- Four weeks ago I was seeking pro bono legal counsel and was in Bartow anyway, so I stopped in and completed an application. I submitted it and was told a week later I'd be contacted by an intake specialist. No such call came. Instead I get a letter two weeks later stating they had 4 attorneys in the entire county of Polk.
