Cold, uncaring and uninformed. The nurse has been very rude to me on a couple occasions now and the doctor did not even bother to listen to me today at all whatsoever. They were both extremely dismissive of my needs, which are very simple. The only medication I take is Claritin D, and then I take nutrients as I prefer natural, holistic healing. Therefore, for me to actually ask to please get one prescription for an anti-fungal to try to see if it helps with my oxalate sensitivity- why not?!? It is seriously insane. I was not... read more
Extremely Disappointing Experience at Heart of Florida – Amy Morgan Our visit to this location was one of the worst healthcare experiences we’ve ever had. The provider, Amy Morgan, was extremely rude and dismissive toward both my child and me. She seemed to be in a rush to leave the room, even though there were no other patients waiting.
