I’ve been going here since they started and nonetheless I’ve had multiple appointments canceled. I’ve been hung up on multiple times no matter how much you state your case and try to tell them they don’t care about what’s going on in your own life. They could cancel your appointment while you’re sitting there and tell you you’re gonna have an appointment within a week but never call you back. Every time I call to reschedule an appointment for the last 6 months. The staff has told me to call back at a certain time to call and set an appointment every time I call back. We get no appointment sent and they tell us to call the next month. I've been going through this for 6 months. And every time I talk to an employee, it's an attitude or a lie
