Only time I have seen a DR that didnt look at her watch. Its a whole different experience when you can see that the DR wants to help. Even the front desk lady was smiling and helpful, it was contagious, best office visit ever.
Won’t refill important medication since July.
I visited the office today to submit some documents that need to be completed by my husband’s primary care provider (PCP). When I arrived, I spoke with the receptionist, Carmen, who informed me that, per Barbara, I could not submit the documents for completion unless my husband has an appointment. My husband’s next scheduled appointment is on January 30, 2026, which is quite far out.
