Hoy comprendí porque hay tantos comentarios negativos del mal servicio y la atención al cliente hoy fui para hacer una pregunta y en la área de recepción no había nadie me vieron por la ventana que entre a su oficina y nadie fue digno a preguntar que es lo que necesitaba pero bien que reían y hablaban al final de espera unos minutos me fui y vieron cuando me fui. This has been the worst experience. We have adopted children out of Fostercare and they have zero idea how to handle childhood trauma. They pulled my 8 year old daughters pants down without her or parental consent. This was an establish care appointment not a physical. When I called to voice my concerns they ignored me and I never got the promised call back. The doctors were not only uninformed but rushed our entire appointment as if they had a better place to be.
