Welcome to Heart 'n Home Bend! With nearly 300 days of sunshine, who wouldnât love Bend! Our Bend office provides hospice and palliative care services to patients and families throughout Deschutes County, as well as parts of Lake, Klamath, Jefferson, and Crook Counties. We have an experienced team of local professionals at the Bend office that have worked in the Bend community for more than 20 years. We are very excited about the opportunity to affirm the lives of our patients and families in the region.

I cant express our families gratitude with these wonderful nurses that cared for our mom the short time we had her here in Central Oregon. Kindness, gentleness, expert care, understanding..and for us the constant connection with family members. They made our sweet Mom Avis's last months the best she could have..Thank you from the bottom of the Boggs families hearts
HORRIBLE!!! I've been in the medical field for 20+ years. Before they were bought out, they were the best. Since the purchase, mass exodus of employees, reduced services, underqualified staff to replace those who left, remaining good staff is overworked and focus is entirely on M-O-N-E-Y!!! Communication by management is non-existant. Practically have to BEG for a package of Depends and when you complain, management rakes the employees who are out doing the hard work, over the coals. Oh, and they certainly NO LONGER HONOR VE... read more

My mom was under the care of Heart & Home for just under 2yrs. We cannot begin to describe the tender loving care that they gave our mom. The whole family was blessed by these beautiful caregivers & the complete Heart & Home staff. We could not have made it through my moms heartbreaking illness without these angels. Our dad was her primary caregiver & he also received the support, love & care that was beyond expectations. We will never forget! God Bless! 💕 love from the Manion Family
