I echo all of the positive comments made by prior reviewers. As to the negative comments, our experience was the exact opposite. When my mom needed a walker, it arrived at my door within a few hours. When she needed meds or supplies, they arrived the same or next day. My mom's primary care nurse (Tara) and CNA (Joni)--the most competent, caring, patient, and compassionate people I've ever met--never rushed through my mom's appointments. A Dangerous and Demoralizing Place to Work — And a Risk to Hospice Patients I feel compelled to speak out for future employees and families considering the companies services. The company is severely understaffed yet continues to take on new patients they cannot safely care for — all in pursuit of profits. This results in patients and families not getting the care they deserve at the most vulnerable time in their lives. I cant express our families gratitude with these wonderful nurses that cared for our mom the short time we had her here in Central Oregon. Kindness, gentleness, expert care, understanding..and for us the constant connection with family members. They made our sweet Mom Avis's last months the best she could have..Thank you from the bottom of the Boggs families hearts
