I went here in Summer 2020 (during COVID) and I thought the staff was hard working, the office had modest wait times (given how much of NYC has LONG wait times) for appointments (both in waiting room, and duration of days you had to wait to come back in), the woman Dr. Rosa Carrera who I worked with had good bedside manner, took time to explain the tests and her analysis of the results and took my COVID vascular concerns seriously.
