I saw Dr. Gupta October 2024 at which time he performed a biopsy on the tip of my nose - which left a LARGE, noticeable divit. Months went by without hearing a word so I figured no news is good news. In April of 2025, I received a call from his office to schedule an appointment which I thought would be a basic follow-up appointment. I wish i could give them zero star.Unproffessional staff.Phone always goes direct on voicemail but no response,no call back.Doesn't matter how many messages you leave.
I was still in the middle of sharing the challenges I am facing with my skin condition, and he said: "It could be chronic, and well human beings aren't perfect." He proceeded to open the door of his office, looked to his papers, and stopped all contact with me. As communicated in our 5 minute appointment, I have tried 3 different ointments and nothing has worked successfully. Now I feel even more defeated. Even after seeing a person that deems themselves a specialist. I felt embarassed, and not listened to.
Very unprofessional and heartless. He doesn’t even take the time to figure out what the problem is.
