I would give 0 stars if possible. I cannot speak on Dr. Gupta since I have never met him, but the receptionists and frustrating booking system are enough reason to give such a low rating. It is extremely difficult to book an appointment for this doctor. It seems that they book on a weekly basis; if there is no free spot in this coming week, they will tell you to "call back later" or "call next week" when there are more spots. Would give 0 stars if I could. Hands down worst clinic I've ever experienced. The receptionist was heartless and had no regard for human life. Completely non-receptive of life threatening symptoms. They refused to call an ambulance when a potential stroke was occurring, instead saying "you can call them yourself" while dismissing the severe symptoms taking place
I had an appointment with heart lake cosmetic center with dermatologist Dr Gupta today at 6:15 pm i reached around 6:20 and clinic was closed i got this appointment after 8 months i dont know what kind of services they provide i had took half day from work for this appointment it was really frustrating and irritating. They didnot even notified us that we are closing soon when we reached at the clinic the closing time on LED was 9:00 am to 7:00pm please dont take appointment with this clinic.
Pathetic experience they don’t know the expertise in treatment and specific type of problem …instead of telling the truth that they don’t handle acne issues they still tried to treat me resulting in side effects on my body by Dr. GULATI he just googles up and gives u treatment !!! When he realised he couldn’t do it he sent a message from the receptionist to me that they do not handle acne patients !! How disgusting!!! Dr. Gupta was great, very Professional. He listened & answered all of my concerns I would Definitely recommend him.
