I’m disappointed with my experience during my daughter’s eczema visit. As a parent, I came concerned about my baby’s condition and hoped to feel heard and respected. Unfortunately, the interaction felt dismissive and disrespectful by dr Samir Gupta which made an already stressful situation harder. I understand clinics can be busy, but kindness, patience, and clear communication with parents are very important, especially when caring for a child. RECEPTION: Why do you ask people to "please hold" if you have no intention of returning to the call? Why waste people's time ? Why !nsult their Patience?
I saw Dr. Gupta October 2024 at which time he performed a biopsy on the tip of my nose - which left a LARGE, noticeable divit. Months went by without hearing a word so I figured no news is good news. In April of 2025, I received a call from his office to schedule an appointment which I thought would be a basic follow-up appointment. I wish i could give them zero star.Unproffessional staff.Phone always goes direct on voicemail but no response,no call back.Doesn't matter how many messages you leave.
