Dr. Gupta's license should be taken away from him. I visited him today not only was he extremely unhelpful he was also sexist. I went to his clinic to talk about my skin discomfort. He told me to go to India instead and said the doctors are more competent there than here. He also assumed that I did not have insurance and i find out if i have insurance from my husband, to which i stated i have my own insurance and have a good job thus I'm good with any procedures you provide. he said i cant help you. he did not offer any more... read more
Dr. Gupta was wonderful. He explained the treatment required thoroughly (which was a treatment to remove a cyst on my arm). His assistant, Lucy, was also very helpful and kind. I would highly recommend this clinic.
I would give 0 stars if possible. I cannot speak on Dr. Gupta since I have never met him, but the receptionists and frustrating booking system are enough reason to give such a low rating. It is extremely difficult to book an appointment for this doctor. It seems that they book on a weekly basis; if there is no free spot in this coming week, they will tell you to "call back later" or "call next week" when there are more spots. Would give 0 stars if I could. Hands down worst clinic I've ever experienced. The receptionist was heartless and had no regard for human life. Completely non-receptive of life threatening symptoms. They refused to call an ambulance when a potential stroke was occurring, instead saying "you can call them yourself" while dismissing the severe symptoms taking place
I had an appointment with heart lake cosmetic center with dermatologist Dr Gupta today at 6:15 pm i reached around 6:20 and clinic was closed i got this appointment after 8 months i dont know what kind of services they provide i had took half day from work for this appointment it was really frustrating and irritating. They didnot even notified us that we are closing soon when we reached at the clinic the closing time on LED was 9:00 am to 7:00pm please dont take appointment with this clinic.
