I have been going to the Heart Institute in Brownsville for 2 years. Unfortunately their front desk reception never answers the phones & when directed to leave a message, the mailbox is always full. In order to make an appointment you physically have to go in person. The don't give out extensions so can't reach anyone live. They frustrate many patients & have & will lose patients for this reason. Very sad.
