While I appreciate having a Rapid Care in Clearlake, I don't appreciate walking into my doctor's office for an appointment, and have the waiting room filled with sick people. This clinic needs to be on its own! You can't find parking half the time either. I brought my 98 yr old mother in there to Rapid Care, at 10:09 am, and they told us to come back at 3:00, or go to Lakeport. We couldn't even check in. Also, in your clinic you have the same person answering incoming calls, and being a receptionist. So when you call in, and... read more
