Do not ever bring one of your pets here if it’s a serious emergency. My dog had a severe injury to his paw and instead of them seeing him immediately, they made me wait in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. They then took him to the back to check his vitals and then came out and told me that it’s a pretty serious laceration to his foot and his nail is completely gone and he will need stitches and pain medicine. Couldn't tell me anything about my heart issue and I got a huge bill.
Daughter had a minor emergency late on a Saturday night. We recallled several people saying this place was the place to go if you needed an emergency room. They were right! Nurse Jameil and Dr Owen were fantastic. Made my teenager feel safe and comfortable. The best ER visit we have ever experienced.
