Understaffed and under-equipped. No MRI equipment, so after a 4-hour wait my wife had to be transfered to St David’s to complete her diagnosis. Should have gone there, or Seton just down the street, in the first place.
Friendly and very competent staff. They were quick to get me seen and get diagnostics moving. Dr. Hood was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable. Great experience!

Do not ever bring one of your pets here if it’s a serious emergency. My dog had a severe injury to his paw and instead of them seeing him immediately, they made me wait in the waiting room for about 20 minutes. They then took him to the back to check his vitals and then came out and told me that it’s a pretty serious laceration to his foot and his nail is completely gone and he will need stitches and pain medicine.
