The treatment appears to be successful, although it has only been a couple of days. The nursing staff was excellent.

Doctor and staff were excellent and attentive to all my medical needs nurse Marion was very helpful in keeping me calm while performing my IV and blood draws with minimal pain

I was at the hospital 7hrs guess it was bad timing because I have taken my son here 2 weeks ago and he was in and out in 1hr. My experience was not good. I had nausea vomiting flank pain and lower abdominal pain painful before and after urination. I was told I dont have a uti and I have a stone but its not blocking anything. I know i was dehydrated because of nausea and vomiting for 3 days my legs keep cramping. He did not give me a IV only antibiotic just in case and nausea medication. I really got no answers. What can I say about emergency hospitals. This hospital is same as others. I hate that they run so many test and at the end everything is fine , but visit your primary doctor. He is the one that tells you part of your illness. I am learning about health myself.

This place went downhill once it bought our Bakersfield Heart hospital. The emergency room is no emergency room. My husband had intense pain which he never has and they made him wait 7 hours before doing anything for him. The staff has zero sense of urgency and they are all rude. They cover up their windows so you can’t see them. Just call 911 if you can afford it because driving here and trying to get seen is almost impossible.
