My observation about this facility is that the staff is very assertive. When you go in the office they greet you with a smile and hospitality. Ms. Remona and Ms., Chee in the front will make you feel welcome, I really do appreciate their outgoing stride to help me. I notice they have snacks and provide supplies you need for your patients. Since i been there i feel welcome and the cool to be around them.

I'm a very patient person but am totally fed up with them AND the people they've sent. I fired the last worker AND them today. I've tried my best to deal with them for 3years and can't take anymore. I don't think they bother to even interview these people much less try to match them with what people need. They've sent people to me that have yelled at me in public, that refused to work at all or if they 'worked' didn't bother to do a good job, that haven't come in when scheduled, etc...
