Marc came to our house today to perform some of our warranty maintenance. He was super friendly, attentive, and got us fixed up!
I've used Heart Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, and Electric twice, and I don’t anticipate giving them another opportunity, although their lifetime warranty means we’ll probably cross paths plenty in the future. The technicians are excellent. They were always very professional and respectful of my property. However, I have two significant problems with Heart regarding their ability to adhere to an agreed-upon schedule (and value my time) and their ability to communicate changes and updates to their customers.
