I called on Friday morning because our a/c quit working. Kevin said he could have a tech out between 12-3, and Chris showed up at 12:09. Service was fast and efficient, the repair cost was reasonable, and we are happily sitting in an air conditioned home thanks to Heart Heating and Air.

I have two units in my primary residence and several rental homes that Heart maintains. I had previously tried the other large A/C companies in the area and found that each and every time they serviced a unit for me, there was an issue (capacitor, coils, mold, etc.). I called around 2:45 today because our AC suddenly stopped blowing cold air. Chris was here by 4 and by 4:28 we had cold air again! I have always had great service from Heart Heating and Air and highly recommend them!
